Dental health check
- Call our reception team and speak to Carolyn, our head of front desk. She will discuss your general dental needs and book an appointment and take payment for your routine dental health check.
- On the day of your appointment, you’ll be greeted into our practice and given some forms to complete. One of our dental assistants will show you to an examination room where we’ll go over your dental and medical history and take X-rays and digital images of your mouth.
- Your dentist will carry out a thorough dental health check and discuss any concerns you may have.
- We’ll work with you to build a personalised treatment, explain costs and finance options and schedule your next appointment.

Dental emergency
Please telephone the practice on 01525 223175 as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to help you. The earlier in the day that you ring, the more likely you are to be seen that same day and at a time that suits you best.
If the practice is closed and you cannot wait until opening time, please telephone and listen to the answer phone message which will give you instructions on accessing our out-of-hours emergency service.

Dental implant patient journey
- Following an initial consultation, your dentist will work with you to discuss a treatment plan, outlining the pros and cons and the various solutions available.
- CBCT scans will be taken and your treatment plan finalised. This will include suggested appointment dates and details of costs.
- We will follow up with you one week later before beginning your dental implant treatment.

Teeth straightening patient journey
- Call and speak to our friendly reception team, who will discuss your teeth straightening needs and dental history, before scheduling an appointment with our clinician for a full orthodontic consultation.
- On the day of your appointment at our Dunstable practice we will carry out a full assessment of your teeth and gums, take scans and impressions and discuss refinement options, including composite bonding and teeth whitening. We will then work with you to build a personalised treatment plan.
- Your path to a straight smile begins with a 3D simulation appointment. Your treatment plan is agreed, payment is taken and your clear aligners can be made.
