Floss and smile have been of great help accommodating me with an ongoing tooth problem which resulted in root canal. I’m a fairly nervous patient but these guys make you feel at ease and even have a t.v on the ceiling for you to watch whilst having your treatment done.

I always feel nervous going to dentist. I decided to go to Floss and Smile. Wow amazing dentist. Incredibly modern and clean with state of the art equipment. Carolyn on Reception is so welcoming and makes you feel at ease. I saw Dr Syed he was amazing, he put me at ease but more importantly he explained everything in such brilliant detail and was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I have found my forever dentist and no longer will feel nervous about going. Also they av a TV on ceiling which is brill idea! So if anyone reading these reviews looking for new dentist I wish I could give it more than 5 stars brilliant.

Best dentist surgery I’ve ever visited. Caroline in reception kindly fit me in for an emergency appointment over the summer, after which I made the choice to become a permanent patient; every visit I’ve had since has been wonderful - I actually look forward to my appointments, and I’m a lifelong dentist wimp . My dentist, Doctor Agnes, is brilliantly knowledgeable and thorough. She goes above and beyond to ensure I’m comfortable, and well-informed about my options. Klaudia and Billie are warm and skilled dental nurses. Doctor Alpa and her family have a wonderful team here, where excellent care is clearly at the forefront of their business. I’ve already convinced my mum to change to this surgery. Calling in for that emergency appointment was the best decision I made.

As someone who was very anxious going to the dentist and avoided them for years I can not recommend floss and smile enough. Dr Invir has changed my whole view on dentists. He makes you feel relaxed and talks you through everything he is doing. Both hygienists I have had have been very friendly and the reception and nurses are always lovely. Amazing practice.

As a nervous patient I have been put at ease completely by Dr. Johar and the entire team at Floss & Smile. Everyone is incredibly helpful, courteous and kind. My treatment has been explained every step of the way. Actual treatment is excellent. I would highly recommend to my family and friends.

Having had a lifelong fear of dentists I can honestly say that this practice is outstanding. I feel totally at ease here, all staff and practitioners are excellent. I’m actually taking more care of my teeth now because I feel comfortable here. Very very highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic , had Dr Invir S. Johar carry out a filling/ rebuild of my tooth, after it basically broke off. Never had a filling before so was nervous but there we super friendly and talk me through each step as they were doing it. Would recommend floss and smile to anyone.

I was quite nervous about the dentist , I won’t get into all the reasons why, but I decided to go here as they advertised as being sympathetic towards nervous patients and I’m glad I did ! Everybody from reception , the nurses and the doctor / dentist were so so lovely. Really patient , showed / explained everything , up front on pricing. Let me see the stages of work and before /after.I have never had a filling and I was a bit fearful of the drill / anaesthetic needle but I didn’t feel either to be honest! After a while I could relax and there is music on to help and a TV in the ceiling too. I was even greeted at the door by name. Thank you everyone at Floss and Smile for your great and caring service!

Wow Agnes and Helisha are a brilliant team, their work is impeccable, they completely put you at ease and the overall experience was really lovely nothing like going to other dentists. I would heartily recommend them. See you in 6 months girls. Melanie OBrien

I've been attending this practice for a while now. I can honestly say that I've experienced better care here than I have before. Staff are kind, knowledgeable and friendly. The dentists spend time really looking for issues and explain in easy to understand terms what's going on and the best course of action. Prices aren't ridiculous as some may believe though will be more than NHS treatments. I think if you can afford a little extra, you get far more value so it balances out and takes some of the strain off the NHS for those that can't so it's a bonus. Really pleased to have found such a good local dentist.

Greeted by friendly staff, clean modern state of the art practice. Highly recommend as someone who had challenging teeth, Alpa was both gentle, reassuring and a perfectionist. This practice and the team deserve more than 5 stars.Plucking up the courage to even call a dentist was a big milestone.Morning of my appointment what a welcome.Firstly ample parking .I was welcomed into the clean and inviting practice . The lady on the reception was so friendly towards me .I was so anxious but even talking to her made me feel at ease.Then the dentist came to get me . Which was such a nice touch and a very warm welcome .He spoke to me all the way through again making me feel at ease . I do need a lot of work but I want to smile again and feel more confident.Next appointment booked and to say this I can't wait .If you feel anxious about going to a dentist look no further further and book an appointment.Selina

I required quite a bit of work to be done and Christina did a fabulous job of explaining everything that was needed. Final result far exceeded my expectation, so now able to smile fully with confidence again. Was always an enjoyable experience with the very friendly atmosphere both Christina and Helisha create, great team! Very highly recommended.
